These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Products
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person or region at our discretion. Product colors may vary slightly from images shown on the site.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, logos, and text — is the property of AIJE / LUMORA INVESTMENT CONSULTANCY - FZCO. Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is prohibited. Nothing in this policy limits rights available to users under applicable law, including fair use rights under 17 U.S.C. § 107.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIJE and LUMORA INVESTMENT CONSULTANCY - FZCO are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. This limitation does not apply to liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, or to any claim that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law. Our products come with implied warranties under applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which we do not disclaim. Any written warranty provided with a specific product will be included with that product in accordance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA), except that consumers residing in the United States retain all rights and protections afforded by applicable U.S. federal and state law, which shall apply to the extent required by law regardless of any choice-of-law provision herein.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the purchase of our products shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AND AIJE ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING. This arbitration provision does not apply to claims that cannot be submitted to arbitration under applicable law, nor does it prevent you from bringing an individual claim in small claims court if your claim qualifies.
