Shipping Policy

We ship internationally to all supported regions. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Delivery Times

United States: 5–7 business days after dispatch (up to 10 business days total)

International: 10–21 business days after dispatch depending on destination country

Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Riverside, CA, United States. Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx — carrier selection is based on destination and order weight.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be disclosed at checkout where estimable. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. If we are unable to ship your order within the advertised timeframe, we will notify you promptly and you will have the right to cancel your order for a full refund, in accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
