We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@aijewear.com to initiate your return. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@aijewear.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale items are clearly marked as final sale at the point of purchase. If you are a California resident, this no-return policy is disclosed to you at checkout prior to completing your purchase, in accordance with California Civil Code § 1723.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
